Order Confirmation & Advance Payment Policy

At Khimar by Sana, every single piece is made 100% custom for you — your size, your colour, your style. Because we begin crafting your order the moment it is placed, we require a 30% advance payment to confirm your order.

Why do we ask for an advance?

Every abaya we make is stitched exclusively for you. We purchase fabrics, allocate stitching time and begin your piece as soon as your order is confirmed. The advance allows us to invest in your order and ensures your piece is made with full dedication.

How it works:

1. Place your order on our website or via WhatsApp
2. We will send you your total order amount
3. Pay 30% advance via bank transfer or EasyPaisa
4. We confirm your order and begin stitching
5. Remaining 70% is paid on delivery (COD)

Payment methods accepted for advance:
- Bank transfer (details shared on WhatsApp)
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash

The advance is non-refundable once stitching has begun, as the piece is made solely for you.
